1. These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (“Rules”) and apply to competitions (“Competition”) featuring in any Dean Mitchell Photography publications and/or on Dean Mitchell Photography Internet site unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. To enter this competition, you must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales.
  4. The prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Dean Mitchell Photography or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  5. There will be one winner, winning the prize as specified. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.
  6. The winner will be chosen completely at random.
  7. Entries must be received by midnight on Friday 30th September. The winner will be notified on or before Wednesday 5th October 2016 by the email address they used to enter this prize draw. If no response is received within 10 days, another draw will take place.
  8. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the Prize Draw. Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by completing the online entry form.
  9. The prize draw winner’s name and county will be available from the Winner’s List, provided a SAE is enclosed.
  10. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant for Dean Mitchell Photography to publicise the winning of the competition in any media publication including online and social media.
  11. All email entries will be opted-in to the Dean Mitchell Photography email list to receive information about future offers and promotions. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
  12. The prize must be taken before the end of December 2016 and the date of the photo shoot will be set according to availability of both the competition winner and Dean Mitchell Photography. Dean Mitchell Photography reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
  13. All competition entrants will be asked to ‘Like’ the Dean Mitchell Photography Facebook page. Visit the DMP Facebook page here, and hit the Like button.
  14. The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. One entry allowed per business. Incomplete entries, or entries not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.
  15. Any personal information that you provide to Dean Mitchell Photography will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
  16. No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted or those submitted via macros or similar. The Promoter may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
  17. Dean Mitchell Photography reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
  18. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
